Who we are
A foundation built to restore dignity and expand opportunity.
ImpactReach Foundation (IRF) is a Liberian humanitarian and development organization committed to improving lives through empowerment, education, rehabilitation, and sustainable development programmes.
IRF was founded by Liberian humanitarian Michael Whea-Mardeh after witnessing the struggles of the less privileged and those battling drug addiction. His passion to restore dignity, create opportunity, and transform vulnerable lives led him to establish IRF.
