Pastor Michael Whea Mardeh is a Liberian Christian leader, educator, entrepreneur, and community builder. His work focuses on creating opportunities for vulnerable people and underserved communities.
He leads IRF with an emphasis on service, responsible stewardship, and partnerships that strengthen communities.

Operations & coordination
Operations Director
Amb. Cyrus S. Kettor is a Liberian youth leader and humanitarian whose work centers on education, leadership, and community development.
As Operations Director, he coordinates day-to-day activities and supports programs for children and families.
He also serves as President of the Youth Department at The Power of His Word Ministries (City of Life) and is studying aviation, procurement, and logistics.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Agnes W. Smith brings experience in sociology, management, nursing, and psychological counseling. She holds a BSc in Sociology and Management and an Associate of Arts degree, and is a Licensed Practical Nurse.
As Chief Financial Officer, she supports budgeting, financial accountability, and responsible use of resources.
Her interest in education, wellness, and leadership development informs her commitment to children and families.

Director of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
Fululai K. S. Mulbah is a Liberian statistician, data analyst, researcher, and entrepreneur.
As Director of Monitoring & Evaluation, he guides research, data management, program monitoring, and evaluation to help IRF learn from its work and make informed decisions.
He is committed to using knowledge and research to support individual opportunity and national development.

Rev. Dr. Wesley P. Vessellee brings a background in theology, intercultural studies, and diplomacy to his consulting work with IRF.
He holds a Doctorate in Divinity, a Bachelor of Theology, and a Bachelor of Arts, and is pursuing a master’s degree in intercultural studies.

Monitoring and evaluation help IRF understand what is happening, learn from experience, strengthen implementation, and communicate progress responsibly.
