Current priority initiative
2,000 Children, One Greater Future is the flagship educational intervention of IRF, established to identify, support, and empower 2,000 vulnerable and disadvantaged children across Liberia whose educational advancement is constrained by poverty and other socioeconomic barriers.
Building on this initiative, IRF is advancing a broader national commitment: 10,000 Children, One Greater Future, reaching at least 10,000 children and young people across Liberia by 2031.

IRF believes that sustainable transformation requires more than one-time assistance. Our approach combines immediate support with empowerment, education, partnerships, accountability, and long-term capacity building.
We seek to listen to communities, identify practical needs, work with local stakeholders, mobilize resources responsibly, implement programs with measurable objectives, and learn from results to improve future interventions.
