How IRF began
Compassion became a commitment.
IRF was founded on May 30, 2025 by Liberian humanitarian Michael Whea Mardeh, after witnessing the struggles of the less privileged and those battling drug addiction.
His passion to restore dignity, create opportunity, and transform vulnerable lives led him to establish ImpactReach Foundation—bringing hope, empowerment, and lasting impact to individuals, families, and communities.
The foundation’s identity is rooted in a simple belief: meaningful change begins when people are seen, respected, and given a genuine opportunity to move forward.
