ImpactReach Foundation (IRF) is a Liberia-based organization established to reach vulnerable and underserved people with practical support, opportunities, empowerment, and sustainable solutions.
Our work places strong emphasis on children and education, youth empowerment, support for widows and single parents, livelihood opportunities, poverty reduction, and community development.
We believe lasting change is achieved when people are not only supported in times of need, but are also equipped with the knowledge, skills, resources, and partnerships needed to build a better future.

Current priority initiative
100 Children, One Greater Future
IRF is beginning its education sponsorship effort with a focused goal of supporting 100 children during the current school year, helping children from vulnerable backgrounds remain in school with the basic resources needed to learn with dignity.
The initiative represents the beginning of IRF’s broader education and empowerment journey. As capacity and partnerships grow, the Foundation intends to expand its reach and deepen the quality and sustainability of its programs.

Our approach to impact
Immediate support, joined to long-term capacity.
IRF believes that sustainable transformation requires more than one-time assistance. Our approach combines immediate support with empowerment, education, partnerships, accountability, and long-term capacity building.
We seek to listen to communities, identify practical needs, work with local stakeholders, mobilize resources responsibly, implement programs with measurable objectives, and learn from results to improve future interventions.
